Medaevum

A tool created by Artificers that allows them to sense the location and intensity of Ayarian magic. In days of old, they used it to track the march of our armies across the world, among other things. There are not many left, there has been no reason to create new ones since the fall of the Hours into ruin.

Still, they remain. They can be used to track the comparatively weaker magic of individual mages or magical events, drawing the Witchfinder's bearer in toward them.
